General Manager and Principal Consultant

As the founder and principal consultant, Dr. Brian Redmond has expertise that has been refined from his graduate education in industrial and organizational psychology (a fancy way of saying the science of the workplace), his 20 plus years of leading and managing firsthand, as well as practical consulting and coaching experience with a wide variety of organizations including those in manufacturing; food production; retail; management; healthcare; higher education; criminal justice (policing and corrections); and others.

Meet Michael

Lead Consultant

Dr. Michael Edenhart-Pepe brings to our practice 25 years of HR leadership and executive coaching experience with organizations as diverse as global, medical device manufacturing in GE to urban health care delivery in the Yale Health System.  Over the last 6 years as an on-line Professor of Practice with Penn State, he has developed an engaging approach to effectively develop and coach leaders in a virtual environment.

Meet Ray

Consultant

Ray Caffrey is a global leader, manager and coach for the Richardson Sales Performance company. For nearly two decades he and his high performing teams have been recognized for their work by industry associations and organizations including TrainingIndustry.com, Brandon Hall and CLO Magazine. As an L&D practitioner, he excelled as a Facilitator, Instructional Designer and Training Manager.  Prior to starting his career in L&D, Ray held positions in sales and sales management in the advertising industry where he was a President’s Club winner. As an agent of change, Ray has successfully led cross-functional teams in four industries through several strategic transformations and three historic events that transformed the business landscape: September 11, 2001, The 2008 Financial Crisis and the Covid pandemic of 2020. Ray earned a B.A. in Business Management from Kean University and has earned multiple Training Certifications.
